“Banken verliezen het contact met de belangrijkste klanten” zo lees ik bij Marketing-Online.

Een zeer interessant onderzoek van Forrester Research. Een belangrijke groep van de klanten gebruikt de kanalen internet en telefoon waardoor ze het contact verliezen is de constatering.

Interessanter is de constatering van Forrester dat via het online kanaal veel meer ingespeeld kan worden op de adviesbehoefte. Maar hoe doe je dat?
